Account Deletion

Request deletion of your account or data.

To delete your Plaum account and/or request deletion of your data, emailsupport@plaum.cofrom the email address associated with the account you want deleted. We aim to process requests within 7 business days.

What to include in the email

Keep it simple. The most important thing is that we can match your request to the correct account.

Send a message to support@plaum.co from the email address associated with the account you want deleted.

Say what you want deleted

Let us know whether you want your account deleted, your data deleted, or both.

We review the request

Once we can match the request to the account, we will handle the deletion process and aim to complete it within 7 business days.
