What this is

Points, held per restaurant rather than as one platform-wide balance. Each restaurant runs its own scheme and sets its own rules — see Loyalty settings for the restaurant side.

Balances

One row per participating restaurant where you hold points. Tapping a row opens its transaction history.

Empty state

No loyalty points yet Order from participating restaurants to earn points.

Note participating — not every restaurant on Plaum runs a loyalty scheme, so an empty list can simply mean you haven't ordered from one that does.

Transactions

A per-restaurant ledger: what you earned, what you redeemed, and when, each tied to the order that caused it. This is the audit trail — if a balance looks wrong, this is where the answer is.
