Restaurant reviews
How you get here: the reviews block on a restaurant profile. Restaurant owners also reach it from My Kitchen. Requires an account? No.
What this is
Every review left for one restaurant, newest first, paged as you scroll.
Reviews
The header
| Element | Notes |
|---|---|
| Overall rating | The average, or N/A with nothing to average. |
| {count} total | How many reviews. |
Under it, a line that sets expectations before you read:
Reviews are anonymous and load as you scroll.
Reviews are not attached to a public profile — you can be candid, and nobody can work out who left one.
The list
Each row: a star rating, a comment, and a date. A rating left without text shows No comment left rather than an empty block.
| State | Message |
|---|---|
| Paging | Loading more reviews... |
| End of list | You've reached the end of the reviews list. |
| Nothing yet | No reviews yet — Customers will show up here once they start leaving feedback. |
Where reviews come from
Only from rating an order — you must have actually ordered. That is what stops drive-by reviews from people who never ate there.
