Menu dishes
Every dish, each with Edit dish and Delete dish. Dishes not currently shown to diners are marked Hidden — availability is a toggle, not a delete, so a sold-out special can come back tomorrow.
Deleting
Delete Dish Delete "{name}"? This cannot be undone.
Failure: "Failed to delete dish".
The distinction matters: hide for temporary, delete for permanent.
