What this is
Restaurant notifications
Choose which alerts your kitchen receives.
Separate from your personal notification settings — these are the operational alerts that go to the people running service.
The toggles
| Toggle | Fires when |
|---|---|
| New order | When a guest places a new order |
| Order ready | When the kitchen marks an order ready |
| New reservation | When a reservation comes in |
New order is the one that must stay on during service — it's the alert that pairs with the chime on the order board.
Saving
Explicit Save rather than live-saving.
| Outcome | Message |
|---|---|
| Saved | Saved — Your restaurant notification preferences were updated. |
| Failed | Could not save restaurant notification preferences. |
