Reporting a place / suggesting a new one

What this is
The crowd-correction path for listings. Plaum lists restaurants whether or not the business has claimed them, so listings drift — this is how diners fix them.
Two modes, from the same screen:

Mode 1 — Suggest an edit
Accuracy
Three yes/no checks, each with a plain explanation of what's being asked:

| Location was accurate | The address and pin matched the real location |
| Found what the app showed | Menu, dishes, and offering matched reality |
| Prices matched | In-person prices matched what was listed |
Answering is quick, and the three cover the failure modes that actually matter to someone standing outside a restaurant.

Correct price (optional) — validated: "Enter a valid price greater than 0."

Photos — Add up to 6 photos
Add photo / Remove photo. Limits and permissions are explicit: "You can attach up to 6 photos." and "Photo library access is needed to attach photos." Progress shows as Uploading photos….

Only the name is required — the bar for telling Plaum about a missing restaurant is deliberately low.
