The header
A hero image (or a brand-coloured gradient when there isn't one), with Back on the left and Report restaurant (flag) on the right. Reporting opens a pre-filled draft:

Identity and status
Below the hero: the name, the city and cuisine (e.g. Ottawa - american), a Suggest an edit pencil, and two status pills that mean different things:

These are independent. A restaurant that is Open but shows Ordering closed is serving walk-ins but not taking orders through the app.

Unclaimed restaurants
Unclaimed restaurant This restaurant is listed here, but the business has not yet taken control of this profile.
Plaum lists restaurants whether or not the business has signed up. An unclaimed profile is real and browsable, but nobody is maintaining it — so on the menu you'll also see:
