What this is
Restaurant billing
Manage module subscriptions, Stripe onboarding, and billing from one place.
Plaum sells itself to restaurants as modules rather than one plan. You subscribe to what you need.
The modules

Some entitlements are Derived entitlement. Not purchasable. — they come bundled with another module rather than being bought separately.
Status
| Status | Meaning |

| Active | Running. |
| Trialing | In trial. |
| Past due | Payment failed — This module is past due. Manage billing on the Plaum web dashboard. |
| Payment pending | Complete payment on the Plaum web dashboard to activate it. |
| Cancels at period end | Cancellation scheduled — access until {date} |
| Cancelled | Re-subscribe from the Plaum web dashboard if you need access again. |
| Not set / inactive | Subscribe from the Plaum web dashboard to unlock it. |
with Renews {date}, Started {date}, and Current period: {start} - {end}.
Note: buying and changing subscriptions happens on the Plaum web dashboard. The app shows status and toggles settings, but repeatedly points you to the web for billing changes.
Stripe onboarding
Setup → Ready once complete. Failures: "Could not open Stripe onboarding link." and "Failed to generate Stripe onboarding link." Until Stripe onboarding is done you can't take money through Plaum.

The pay-at-counter warning
Enable pay at counter? Beware: someone may choose not to show up for a pay-at-counter order after you've already made the meal. There's currently no penalty system for no-shows.
