How you get here: from My Kitchen or Settings on a restaurant account. Requires an account? A restaurant account with the Loyalty module.
What this is
Loyalty Program
Your own points scheme. Diners see the result in My Loyalty, held per restaurant.
Enabling
Enable Loyalty Program Customers earn points when ordering from you
Configuration
| Setting | Notes |
|---|---|
| Points per $1 spent | Fixed by the platform and shown for reference only. |
| Redemption threshold (pts) | How many points before a reward unlocks. Decrease / Increase. |
| Redemption value ($) | What the reward is worth. |
The earn rate is not yours to set — the platform fixes it so points mean the same thing everywhere. What you control is the threshold and the value, i.e. how hard the reward is to reach and how much it's worth.
Validation
| Rule | Message |
|---|---|
| Threshold | Invalid threshold — Redemption threshold must be a whole number of at least 1. |
| Value | Invalid value — Redemption value must be a number at least 0. |

POS order points
POS Order Points
Whether orders placed on your own till — not through Plaum — also earn points. Requires POS integration; without it Plaum can't see those orders.
What diners see
At checkout, the discount appears as Estimated loyalty discount, with the running state shown as Saving $n!, Need n pts for $n off, or Not enough points yet.
